Flu Shot Clinics Announced for Park County
Park County, Colo. – As cold and flu season approaches, one of the most important measures you can take to keep yourself and those around you protected is opting for an annual flu vaccine. Park County Public Health is holding the following flu shot clinics and registration is now open! Please call today to make an appointment: 719-836-4162.
- Thursday, October 21: Lake George 11 AM - 3 PM Community Center, 39141 Hwy 24 Lake George, CO
- Wednesday, October 27: Fairplay 11 AM - 5 PM Public Health Office 825 Clark Street Suite A Fairplay, CO
- Wednesday, November 3: Guffey 10 AM - 4 PM Guffey Community Center 1625 Co Rd 102, Guffey, CO 80820
Clinics are open to insured and uninsured individuals who are 6 months and older. High dose vaccine will be available for those 65 years of age and older.
The cost is $20.00 but most insurance plans cover the flu vaccine, so bring your insurance card if you have one. Park County Public Health can bill most Medicare plans and Medicaid and there will be no cost to the individual. No one will be turned away based on inability to pay. We offer low or no-cost options based on need.
