COVID19 Vaccine Clinics and Testing Options in Park County
Park County, Colo. – Park County Public Health (PCPH) continues to encourage everyone who is eligible for COVID19 vaccines to get vaccinated as soon as possible. Please check the clinic registration to determine which vaccine(s) are offered at each clinic. Walk-in or sign up for an appointment at one of the following clinics.
Two upcoming clinics hosted by the state are part of the Colorado Cashback series, and will offer a $100 Wal-Mart gift card to all participants, ages 12 and older, who receive either their first of second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Tues, July 27, 2021 – Mobile Vaccine Bus will park at the corner of 4th & Main St, Fairplay, CO, 80449 from 11 AM – 6 PM
- Wed. July 28 - North-West Fire Station, 21455 US Hwy 285, Fairplay, CO 80440 from 12 -7 PM

There is also a drive-thru clinic every Thursday in Bailey at St. Mary of the Rockies, 236 Bulldogger Road Bailey CO 80421 from 12 – 6 PM. The clinic offers both Johnson & Johnson vaccine for 18+ and Pfizer 12+ Walk-ins welcomes or you may register for an appointment here.
We also invite residents to make an appointment with one of our nurses in Bailey or Fairplay to receive your COVID19 vaccine in the comfort of our offices. Please call 719-836-4162 or email pcph@parkco.us to schedule your appointment.
Remember to keep an eye out for COVID19 symptoms. These can include fever, shortness of breath, fatigue, body aches, cough or loss of taste and smell. If you experience any of these or suspect you have been exposed, please visit one of our free, fast testing sites offered weekly:
- Fridays in Fairplay from 10 AM - 1 PM at Park County Public Health Office parking lot, 825 Clark Street, Fairplay, CO.
- Mondays at the Bailey Public Library from 8 AM – 2 PM, located at 350 Bulldogger Lane, Bailey, CO 80421.
