A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for the Front Range Foothills & Park County from Noon until Midnight today (Thursday, July 5). Recent burn scars including the Weston Pass burn scar, as well as the Four Mile and High Park burns, will be most susceptible to flash flooding should a strong storm move across those areas. A quick inch of rain will be possible from the stronger storms.
Also, localized urban flooding will also be possible this afternoon and evening, including during the PM rush hour. Underpasses and low lying areas will be most prone to any flooding issues.
