Platte Canyon Fire District, along with the Park County Sheriff’s Office, will be conducting a wildfire evacuation drill on Saturday June 11 starting at 10am for the residents in section 3 of the Deer Creek Valley Ranchos. A Code Red for a Level 3 evacuation "which is mandatory evacuation in a real event" will be sent for the drill. The code red will state that this is a training exercise.
