Redistricting Maps

New! In 2023, the Board of County Commissioners must adjust the district maps due to changes in the population.

On May 23, the BOCC reviewed several preliminary options.
On June 27, the BOCC will review the updated proposal as described below. Check out this searchable tool to get a closer look at the proposed districts: Searchable Proposed New Commissioner Districts 2023.

District 1 Commissioner Boundary: Bounded on North by US HWY 285 and Roland Dr to Brookside Dr; on the West by County Road 77 and County Road 23 to the intersection of US HWY 24; to the intersection of US HWY 24 and SH 9; to the intersection of CR 108 and CR 107 to the intersection of CR 53; bounded on the South by Freemont County line; and East by Jefferson County.

District 2 Commissioner Boundary: Bounded on North by Clear Creek County and Summit County; on the East by Jefferson County; South by US HWY 285; and West by CR 62.

District 3 Commissioner Boundary: Bounded on North by Clear Creek County and Summit County; on the West by Lake and Chaffee Counties; on the South by Freemont County: on the East by CR 77, CR 23, US HWY 24, SH 9, CR 53, CR 108, and CR 107.
