Qualifications

The Victim Service Program has 4 staff members that work out of the Bailey substation and the main office in Fairplay.

Our staff members have over 34 years of combined experience in providing crisis intervention services to victims; including supporting victims in the court system, assisting with the victim compensation application and supplying extensive referral services.

Program Funding & Affiliates

The Victim Services Program works closely with the PeaceWorks Inc., the Department of Human Services, the District Attorney's Office, and other local service providers to ensure a coordinated response for victims of crime.

Our program is funded through a Victim Advocacy Through Law Enforcement (VALE) grant, a Victim of Crime Act (VOCA) grant and county support. Our Sexual Assault Response Team was funded through a Violence Against Women Act Stimulus grant (VAWA).
