Property is Placer Valley Filing 2 Lot 8, addressed as 1906 County Road 4, Alma.  Applicant is requesting a 46.5 foot variance from the setback requirement from a structure to a wetland and a 27.5 variance from the setback requirement from a structure to the side lot line in order to build a residence.
